These terms cover use of the FixPhotoLab website, the free tools, and requests for professional editing. They are a template. They are not a complete customer contract. Text in brackets must be replaced with the terms the business actually offers.
Using the website
You may browse the site and use the free tools for lawful work. Do not interfere with the site, probe it, or attempt to access another person’s messages or files.
Free tools
The tools run in your browser and are offered without a fee and without a warranty that a particular result will suit a particular use. Check the download before you publish or print it. Output from the tools is yours to use, including commercially, provided you had the right to edit the image you opened.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the studio to edit unlawful content, or content you do not have permission to use. We may refuse a request that we cannot lawfully or practically complete.
Images you upload
If you attach a file to a quote, you confirm you have the rights needed for us to view it and, if you accept the quote, to edit it. You keep ownership of your images. We do not claim copyright in your source files.
Our materials
The site design, text, and original graphics are owned by [Legal entity name] or its licensors. You may not copy the site design or republish the articles as your own.
Professional services
Studio work is defined by the quote you accept: the service, the volume, the format, the number of revision rounds, and the schedule. A page on this website is a description, not the job order.
Quotes
A quote is an offer for a described scope. It expires on the date written on it, or after [number] days if no date is written. Sending the form does not create a contract and does not reserve production time.
Payments

Refunds and revisions
